The purpose of this report is to examine the current economic situation and business climate in central and northern New Hampshire, identify issues and examine potential solutions. This report is modeled after a report made by the Brookings Institute for the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations, known as “Rhode Island Innovates: A Competitive Strategy for the Ocean State.”
